Choose from our 4 flavahs: Lemon, Lemon & Thyme, Lemon & Rosemary and Lime & Cilantro salt all made with local organic herbs from Balsam and Quail Hill Farms with freshly zested lemon & lime citrus zest. Our table / cooking salt (NOT the big flake, crunchy sea salt) is made with Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt - top choice of Thomas Keller from The French Laundry in California, Gordon Ramsay and most top chefs. Locally made, small-batch and packaged in East Hampton, New York. Colorful tamper-proof seals indicate the flavor combo. Shop and support local small business!

how, where and when to use....
Inspired by farm-to-table cooking, we use local organic herbs from Long Island (South Fork) local farms, our salts put a hint of citrus into any recipe! Try them on grilled pork, steamed clams or local seared bay scallops, Long Island corn, salads, grilled veggies or soups (try the lemon / thyme). Rim your glass or mix into your homemade quac (the lime / cilantro blend)! GREAT chef/foodie/hostess gift and take-home memory from the Hamptons.
